Goodlife Fitness membership discount and more.• Flexible work hours• State of the art facility with free parking, close to walking trails, shopping, restaurants and summer outdoor marketsYour everyday tasks at IMS:As an integral part of the Finance team, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:• Overall accountability and responsibility for the maintenance of accounting records in a timely, accurate and complete manner• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including consolidation and variance analysis• Ensure timely completion of the fiscal audit, including Federal SR&ED Tax Credit application• Prepare account reconciliations, ensuring that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled regularly• Manage A/R and A/P• Maintenance of the company's fixed asset sub ledger and depreciation schedules• Performs financial and business related analyses• Inventory management• Ensure timely completion of HST and US sales Tax returns• Prepare cash flow forecast• Assist with the preparation of Canada and US tax return• Other duties as assignedSkills, Experience and Education Requirements:• Completion or near completion of a recognized accounting designation (CGA/CMA/CA)• Minimum 3 years similar experience with 5+ years within an accounting role• Strong technical accounting and excel skills• Good working knowledge of Federal SR&ED Tax Credit program application and administration• Excellent analytical and organization skills• Hands-on, detail oriented and able to produce timely and accurate management reports• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively across multiple functions with varied levels of managementHow to Contact us:Email: Send email submissions to devcareers@intellimec.com.
