The Application Service Desk Analyst will provide end user support for line business applications for one of Microserve's client's based in downtown Edmonton. The successful applicant will have superior analytical and problem solving skills and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. He or she will also have sound knowledge of and experience providing application support, as well as excellent customer service skills. Requirements• A minimum of one year of post secondary education in the IT field• A minimum of two years experience providing application support in a professional environment • Experience working on a team as a part of an IT Service DeskIn addition, the following education and experience are strongly desirable:• Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification• Other related technical certifications or training
