BI and Sharepoint DeveloperSUMMARY: The BI and SharePoint Developer would be responsible for creating and maintaining BI DW, writing reports, administration of Sharepoint intranet site and interfaces to third party softwareESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Experience with Data Warehouse Design and Development (ETL, Cubes, Report etc.)* Translate business requirements into system design and implementation* Hands-on build of end-to-end BI infrastructure, from raw data to warehouse to reporting* Design, code, monitor and document highly automated and repeatable processes for maintaining data loading, distribution, integrity, backup, etc.* Write, optimize and interpret complex SQL queries for standard as well as ad-hoc queries for data mining purposes.* Create, modify and support web-parts in SharePoint 2010 to suite customer needs* Create work flow processes in SharePoint 2010* Develop and deploy SharePoint 2010 technical solutions (e.g. interface with email, AD, existing data stores, 3rd party applications, etc.)* Manage SharePoint 2010 infrastructure (e.g. MOSS, tuning, error resolution, data migration, etc.)* Write interfaces to existing third party applicationso Quickly learn proprietary languages to make modifications in code for optimal software functionality* Produce high quality code and documentation, on time and on targetSupervisory responsibilities:Leads and directs outside contractors as required. Indirect technical leadership for all sites.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: * 5+ years of experience as a programmer* 5+ years of SQL with experience in optimization of queries* 2+ years of experience in .NET / C# Programming * Familiarity with Active Directories for authentication and automating email notifications* Experience with complete software development lifecycle* Experience/understanding business process re-engineering and business modeling concepts, business systems development and analysis* Knowledgeable in technical data analysis, technical design, modeling, system development processes, and software testing* Strong analytical and documentation skills include solid experience in writing functional and technical specifications* Passion for software development, good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
