JOB TITLE: Business Analyst - Contract JOB TYPE: Contract (6 months) LOCATION: Toronto, Ontario COMPENSATION: $65-67/hour SWGi (www.swgi.ca) requires a BA with at least 3 years experience for their government client. The Business Analyst position will support the Standards and the Integrated Data Strategy team and its stakeholders in the analysis and evaluation of practices and processes associated with the development and implementation of processes in Ontario through a variety of activities: •Develop Gap Analysis •Assist in researching various sectors in terms of established primary, secondary indicators, and performance outcomes •Assist in developing business processes, information flows, business requirements definition and gathering on an as needed basis •Assist in the collection of business and technical requirements for various sectors as it relates to project scope •Identify data elements and assist in mappings/alignments of various Assessments and other projects to standards •Develop policy/strategy documents to best support end-users/project needs •Support the Standards Team in augmenting various standards in current and future alignments for projects •Coordinate and align various standards across the sector •Develop relevant material to collect requirements and as a result of the collection •Assist in project management activities and other activities, as required Job Requirements: Must have one or more of the following: •2-3 years of excellent synthesis and business writing skills •2 years of demonstrated policy and program development experience along with ability to work through complex issues and develop high-quality policy recommendations •Proven strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills •3 years of strong research, analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills •3 years experience in developing business processes, information flows, mapping/aligning data, and performing gap analysis •Proficiency with MS Office and Visio •3-5 years of experience working in the Ontario Healthcare Sector YOU CAN APPLY TO THIS JOB AND SEE OTHERS HERE: http://jobzen.ca/display_job/37899 Location: Canada-ON-Toronto Telecommute: No (Onsite Position) Contact Name: Recruitment Manager Contact Phone: Contact Email: jobs@jobzen.ca URL: http://www.jobzen.ca Contact Comments: YOU CAN APPLY TO THIS JOB AND SEE OTHERS HERE: http://jobzen.ca/display_job/37899 Please mention Dev Bistro when contacting us.
