Description We seek a highly motivated individual to join our team and develop business thru contact with potential clients and candidates. Use your Customer Service and Relationship management creativity and tenacity to identify and source clients and candidates for existing open positions in both contract and permanent IT roles. Inclusive of developing a strong base of Information Technology candidates, you will use your knowledge of internet based tools (ie. job boards, social and professional media) and networking abilities to identify candidates and clients. Your focus will be to build long-term and trusting business relationships with Clients and Candidates', to listen to their needs and provide recruitment advice. Strong written and verbal communication skills and a team oriented attitude will be necessary as you coordinate all activity between Clients, Candidates and term employees so that you are able to ensure that "right fit candidates" are delivered on time and meet client quality and value expectations. You must be internet savvy and fully conversant in Microsoft tools.
