Our client in downtown, Toronto, is seeking 2 Change Control Analyst to join their team.The candidate's knowledge and expertise of the change control processes, procedures and knowledge of IBM Rational ClearCase/ClearQuest Tool they will be required to develop and implement improvements, participate in reviews of the current processes and procedures, develop automation and /or streamline existing procedures and eliminating unnecessary procedures, provide user consultation and technical support with advanced technical knowledge for internal and external project activity. Technical solutions must be developed, tested and implemented within all project deadlinesKnowledge and Experience * Unix/Solaris * Windows NT/2000 * ClearCase * ClearQuest * Databases - Sybase, Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases. * Excellent interpersonal skills * Team player * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients to a senior management level * Ability to work under pressure and with associates at all levels. * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
