Functional Consultant Profile -- • Ideal candidate will have previous Dynamics AX implementation experience• Otherwise, candidates with ERP implementation experience with Tier 1 ERPs are requested (JDE, SAP, Oracle). Experience with Dynamics NAV, Epicor or other full featured ERP may also be appropriate.• Priority will be given to candidates with strong Supply Chain and Manufacturing business process knowledge. We will consider candidates with other skills such as Finance if they are exceptional in meeting other criteria• Business Process Consulting skills before Technical application configuration skills -- in other words, we are looking for Business Consultants to fill this role. Demonstrates ability to advise and coach clients in Best Practices and seek innovative solutions and approaches to addressing the issues.• Understands the ERP implementation process and methods• Strong interpersonal skills are a must in this case • -Strong leadership skills are required to lead client team• Comfortable in delivering training, presentations and demonstrations in front of a group• Knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence is a plusJob Description:• This candidate will be assigned to projects to implement certain modules of Dynamics AX such as Supply Chain modules (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Planning to Production, Warehouse Management etc.)• The candidate will be expected to be or to become an expert in selected modules of Dynamics AX• The candidate will be asked to perform other duties such as sales cycles activities (product demonstrations, answering Request-for-Proposals)• The candidate is expected to perform internal activities such as furthering our implementation toolset, developing our software components, refining our methodology, attending team meetings
