They will utilize .NET, C#, SQL and EDI mapping experience and is also responsible for daily aspects of EDI processing. In average 60% of time is dedicated to EDI routine and 40% to development. This position reports to Information Technology Manager.Duties and Responsibilities:A· Responsible for all formal EDI processes flow between my client and its supply chain partners (vendors & customers).A· Track EDI usage, communicate and coordinate EDI transfer issues with Customer Service. Work closely with Trading Partners and Technical contacts to resolve any EDI related issues.A· Follow established procedures to process inbound EDI documents and import them into Host System. Provide archiving and documentation for future questions/audits.A· Perform unit and functional testing for all new integrations and work closely with vendors, trading partners and customers for testing.A· Design new and modify existing EDI mapsA· Design new and support existing .NET applicationsA· Communicate system problems, resource needs, and project status to IT Manager.A· Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:A· A minimum of 3 years of EDI mapping and maintenanceA· A minimum of 3 to 5 years C#, .NET, XML and Visual Studio experienceA· SQL Server database structures and programmingA· Knowledge of Software Development Life CycleA· Strong knowledge of electronic data exchange concepts including standard X12 EDI formats (810, 850, 855, 856 etc.)A· Experience in full EDI rollouts with various partners including setup, testing and parallel production A· Knowledge of transmissions methods like FTP, SFTP, AS2, use of VAN'sA· Desired Experience: Softshare ECS/Delta, Scribe Integration Manager, Microsoft Dynamics GPA· Ability to handle high volume of transaction and requests, meet project deadline and work in fast pacing environmentA· Strong interpersonal skillsA· Excellent oral and written communication skillsA· Excellent testing and documentation skillsA· Good knowledge of problem and incident management processA· Strong customer service skills and teamwork orientation coupled with enthusiasm, energy, and self-motivation to work independently
