Due to recent growth, we are seeking a seasoned Engineering Project Manager (preferably 10 years of experience) who can effectively manage large enterprise software projects involving multiple task forces and stakeholders with the passion and flexibility that are crucial to working in our thriving,, vibrant startup environment. This is a newly created position. Responsibilities Manage client and partner relationships Technical leadership and software project management Manage enterprise-scale software projects Prioritize competing demands and negotiating timelines Create project plans, gather requirements and write business requirement documents and associated customer-facing documents Manage project milestones, dependencies and critical path Conduct and/or lead discussions with business partners and senior technical partners Qualifications Extensive client management, technical leadership and software project management experience Expertise with PMI project management principles Project management certification (PMP) Experience with Telecommunications and Service Provider projects Software engineering background Understanding of Agile principles The ideal candidate is highly motivated, thrives under pressure, is quick to learn unfamiliar technologies and flourishes in a work environment that embraces learning, mentoring, risk-taking and fun.
