The role of Flash Designer/Developer & Graph Designer will provide hands-on input in conceptualizing and designing quality user interfaces; including homepages, landing pages, rich media, banner ads and customer e-mails. He/she will manage and designs creative projects from concept to completion and translates marketing objectives into creative strategies. The Flash Designer/Developer & Graph Designer will design hands-on concepts for all custom marketing communication for projects. He/she will analyze and identify opportunity areas and implement design improvements to optimize the user's shopping experience. He/she will work with cross functional team members to deliver and integrate creative/ technical/ information architecture solutions. He/she will work closely with corporate creative groups to leverage assets and photo shoot opportunities. The Flash Designer/Developer & Graph Designer will keep abreast of trends in interactive design, production tools and processes for products and websites. He/she will investigate and recommend methods, systems, processes and standards along with follow through on every project from beginning to end, with a high degree of communication. He/she will contribute to team communication and processes by participating in weekly staff meetings, adhering to creative workflow practices and communicating effective work practices within the interactive area. He/she will stay aware of competitive networks and latest innovation solutions, taking a leading role in developing online graphic standards documentation.Requirements & Qualifications:The Flash Designer/Developer & Graph Designer is an artistic and creative individual, who will help build rich and new media applications for the web. Experience in graphics design, flash development and video editing is a must. Our client is looking for someone with the ability to visualize creative and user friendly interfaces with the capabilities to work independently and meet tight deadlines. He/she must have excellent experience with graphics software packaged (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and extensive HTML experience. He/she will have excellent experience with Macromedia Flash 8 and ActionScript 2.0. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere and video editing is a definite asset. The successful candidate will have a collaborative approach and leadership quality to influence and "manage" various relationships.
