* You are an inspiring web designer.* You're self-driven and work well in a lean environment.* You can design landing pages, full-blown mini-sites, emails and media banners.* You love brainstorming for new marketing and web campaigns.* You have a passion for web standards and design trends.* You have at least 3 years digital design experience.* You have great ideas and can handle consumer/retail campaigns and graphics with ease.* You are overflowing with creativity.* You have a strong visual design sense and can articulate your concepts.* You have no problem talking and meeting with clients.* You have html/css experience.* Your social media skills would be a huge benefit.* You have excellent communication skills and smile more often than not.* You have a varied portfolio of design concepts.* This is a 90 day trial contract period followed by full-time, salaried employment.
