Located in Downtown Toronto, our client is a leading merchandising service agency delivering strategic process management to world class clients and in keeping with success, is looking for to bring onboard a Graphic Designer in what is to be a temporary-to-full-time role. The company's primary focus is on Point-of-Purchase / Point-of-Sale (in-store promotional signage and displays) and Branded Merchandise (apparel, gifts, and promotional incentive items). The Graphic Designer is to be part of a creative team responsible for developing and executing point-of-sale and collateral materials for industry-leading retail clients. He/she will drive the creative process from information gathering, to conceptualizing, to final art release and will work closely with account management and clients to organize information and prioritize messaging. To be successful, the incumbent must have experience working with standard POS sizes and formats to create consistent, product-focused, consumer-relevant signage across a wide range of product categories.Requirements & Qualifications:Candidates to meet consideration for this exciting opportunity will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field complemented with 3 or more years of relevant creative experience. Design experience in POP and in-store communication coupled with related coordination and project management skills are strongly desired. Candidates must have advanced Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Quark experience as well as the ability to make interactive .PDFs in Acrobat.
