As a HR/Payroll Support Business Analyst you will:• Provide input and advice regarding JDE configuration and business functions to internal clients; • Build positive end user relationships by developing an understanding of their business and project needs • Anticipate problems and resolve them in order to ensure that the daily business operations are maintained • Provide break-fix analysis and support for resolving complex user how to questions, work with project teams and the Oracle vendor to troubleshoot functional application issues • Participate in the development of new processes and procedures for the various business units • Stay current on latest JDE functionality and proactively suggest system improvements • Participates in B&M company initiatives Qualifications: Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following characteristics:• An undergraduate degree or diploma • Preferably, 3-5 years of experience working with JDE Human Resource Management -- Payroll module • Experience with at least one of the following: Payroll, Human Resources, Employee Management, Time Management, Health & Safety Management • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) • Strong presentation skills • Demonstrated computer skills, preferably in MS Office Suite • Solid history of success at work
