He/she is responsible for creating and maintaining a website that properly reflects the requirements of the business.Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the physical and electronic institutional records, databases, files and lists generated by the area.Responsible for the equipment and technology in the area/dept.Ability to work independently and in a team, sets priorities and accomplish goals; excellent analytical skills, demonstrates project management skills.Handle confidential information on a continuous basis, work under pressure and maintain attention to detail, manage a heavy workload.Experience with database management systems.Ability to meet both short and long term deadlines.Keep up to date with computer systems developments.Ability to produce clear, concise procedural documentation,Provide file maintenance, retrieval, archival, document and records management; excellent oral and written communications skills. Requirements Must have an advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite; with strong emphasis on Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and Access).
