Integrated Producer (Interactive)Location: Toronto, OntarioStatus: ContractContract Pay Rate: $25.00 to $30.00Located in Downtown Toronto, our client is looking for an Integrated Producer to work with its Interactive Production department. The Integrate Producer will manage the creative staff and vendors to produce all aspects of interactive projects. He/she is to be responsible for maintaining project budget and timelines in addition to ensuring the quality of final deliverables. Specific responsibilities and focus will include the following: * Create and maintain timelines and budgets for web projects including live-action components;* Work with Traffic to keep all assets moving through the approval process and on time;* Work with Creative teams to determine the scope of a project and the necessary pieces needed to gather together;* Work with Technical lead and vendors to create development strategy and project requirements;* Discover vendors to collaborate with that will deliver the highest quality creative product and stay true to the vision of the Creative;* Work with Business Affairs on the bidding process, determine scope of a project and necessary components for the contract;* Maintain constant communication with the Account Service team to provide status updates on schedule and budget;* Keep project assets organized and up-to-date;* Work with vendors to write project documents including scoping, testing, QA, and security plans that can be delivered to the client;* Hold daily project meetings and generate weekly status reports.Requirements & Qualifications: Candidates to meet consideration for this immediately available contract engagement will have the following skill sets and experience:* 1 or more year of experience producing interactive/internet projects including management of schedule and budgets;* Understanding of digital production in an advertising agency setting, including knowledge of IAB standards, rich media standards, online advertising protocols and strategies;* Optimistic, solutions-driven, highly creative and able to improvise;* Working knowledge of live action shoots, talent issues, and licensing technologies; * Proficiency with web technologies such as Flash, HTML, FTP, server setups and video compression;* Proficiency in project management applications including PMX, MS Project, priority management, and scheduling;* Understanding of graphic programs and limitations such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Freehand;* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;* Self-motivated and organized in a fast-paced environment;* Industry expertise and experience;* Make judgments based on collected team input.To Apply:For more information and confidential consideration, send your resume today to The Creative Group at toronto@creativegroup.com, quoting the job title -- Integrated Producer (Digital) -- in the subject line of your e-mail.
