Required Skills:• Strong front end web development and design experience.• Must be able to code jQuery, (X)HTML and CSS (PHP and additional coding knowledge would be beneficial).• 3+ years of design and development education.• Excellent understanding of W3C web standards, protocols, typography, composition and colour theory.• Ability to work on their own or as part of a team.• Well-developed communication skills.• Ability to think creatively and provide solutions.• Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines.• Ability to troubleshoot programming bugs and adapt to changing web environments.• Understanding the differences between coding for websites vs email newsletters (ability to code table based and tableless layouts). Required knowledge:• A solid working knowledge of Creative Suite CS5 (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator).• Solid understanding of jQuery, (X)HTML and CSS.• Ability to code in PHP a definite asset.
