Junior Developer/Support TeamDescription:As the junior developer in the support team, you will be responsible for data analysis and problem resolution for our customers. Correct technical and data related issues. Routine customer support activities including updates, database restore and first level support. Learn and actively contribute to the support knowledge base. Other duties as assigned.Required Skills and Qualifications:Certification: Any IT certification would be an asset, none required.
