Position Description: Job DescriptionWork with the development team leading the product lifecycle through execution of analysis and testing on Intrafinity Inc. client projects. Your role will involve managing quality assurance on a range of projects as well as serving as an implementation support consultant helping Intrafinity customers deploy and maintain their solutions.RESPONSIBILITIES:Analysis- Work with customers to gather Business Requirements for both new and existing product features - Design new product capabilities for future development and release- Guide product additions and modules, working with the software development and release lifecycle- Develop written specifications for new product features and modulesImplementation Support- Work with customers to implement Intrafinity solutions- Provide implementation support assistance through email, chat, and phoneProject Coordination- Meet with customers to establish Statement of Work and Project Plans- Coordinate with both Intrafinity and customer project team to ensure successful completion of tasks- Document meeting minutes, action items and status reports for customer review- Meet with clients on a regular basis to discuss status updatesQuality Assurance- Execute and maintain test plans for a variety of web centric projects. - Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens and content. - Compare test execution to specifications and documentation. - Document, track, and communicate test cases, results, analysis, and unresolved problems to developers.- Maintain defect-tracking database for multiple projects.- Analyze, test and document, and verify system change requests (defects, enhancements, new features etc.). - Collaborate with Project Management and Development staff through all stages of the Project lifecycle - Maintain test procedures for functional and system testing, and accompanying documentation. - Participate in software test plan reviews, requirements review, test execution, and problem reporting and resolution.Qualifications- University degree- Excellent written and communication skills- Knowledge of Windows based operating systems - Self-motivated, independent worker and strong team member- Ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly- Strong organizational and documentation skills- Familiarity with testing browser based applications - Familiarity with defect-management (bug-tracking) software - Familiarity with Software Quality Assurance process- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Industry: Computer Industry (includes software & hardware mfg.)Degree:• Bachelors Level, ideally majoring in Computer Engineering
