To support this deployment, we are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our current corporate service team in this newly created role. Primary Responsibilities include:• IT advisory: Take on an advisory role and understand the business context of IT projects and bring this perspective when identifying solutions/improvements• Business analysis: Ability to learn and understand the way that the consulting business works and develop applications to meet the needs of the business in Microsoft Office/SharePoint• Information management skills: Develop and implement the principles of information architecture and knowledge management• Planning and project management skills: Plan and manage small to moderate projects; keeping on track of issues and progress• Change management: Implement business and systems changes across the organization including developing communication, training and support documentation• Technology versatility: Maximize our existing information systems (Microsoft Office/SharePoint suite), along with general knowledge of phone systems, network, desktop environments• Task versatility: Take on a wide variety of tasks working independently• Vendor management skills: Work with our technical IT support partner to ensure that service levels are being met; act as a liaison between the business and the IT support partnerQualifications:• A relevant undergraduate degree or college diploma• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
