For our client, we are currently looking for a Management Consultant to join their Vancouver team.Responsibilities:• Influence the strategic direction of the customer and our client• Apply knowledge of the customer organization to recommend and coordinate the development, enhancements, and maintenance of the customer's business systems, processes and products• Develop innovative business solutions using information technology and knowledge of customer business and industry trends• Identify potential opportunities during client engagements• Perform pre-sales activities including meetings and presentationsQualifications• As Management Consulting professional, possessing a minimum of 10 years experience in IT services in any of (preferably a combination of) the following sectors: Retail, Health, Utilities, Municipalities• Minimum 3 years in each of the above sector• Experience planning and implementing large scale Process Re-engineering and Organizational Change Management• Consulting experience with a diverse and successful assignment history including experience in package selection, implementation and large-scale multi-application integration projects• Enjoys feeding new ideas and perspectives into projects, business analysis, and doing things "the right way"• Ability to challenge the status quo with substantiated recommendations and diplomacy• Proven track record for the timely delivery of high quality project deliverables• Excellent organizational, decision making and problem solving skills• Strong listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills• Able to manage multiple priorities• Works well in ambiguous situations• Able to work in a team or independently• Highly motivated• Works proactively• Results-oriented• Highly presentable and professional• Attention to detail• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail oriented, and high-pressured environment• Highly adaptable to different client and project environments• Familiar with project management methodology• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience• Flexibility to adapt to travel Desirable Skills and Experience:• Experience with application maintenance and support• Experience with mobile web application development maintenance and support
