Description You will participate in analysis, design, and QA to improve overall data and reporting environments and tools. You will evolve in a dynamic environment, requiring individual to be independent and creative while working in a structured, disciplined manner.More specifically, you will:• Perform scheduled and ad-hock reporting for marketing, partner, client and?recruitment projects• Improve/modify existing reports• Develop new persistent reports• Write and maintain Oracle queries, procedures, functions and packages• Assist with Database, BI, and related data performance tuning?PrA©requis/Requirements Mandatory skills & experience:• 3+ years of experience in a similar role• Expert knowledge and experience with reporting/analytics/data mining within a business environment• Proven ability at coding SQL, and experience working with SQL databases• Good understanding of data quality• Working knowledge of probability and statistics• Working knowledge of data warehousing and ETL?• Experience dealing with clients • Excellent problem solver• Excellent written and spoken communication skills (fluent in English, functional in French)• Disciplined and well-organized• Ability to interpret non-technical requests into actionable technical tasksAdditional skills/assets:• Strong knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g• Working knowledge of UNIX/LINUX, Subversion/CVS, HTML, and/or Wikis• Experience and knowledge of any Business Intelligence reporting tools (ex.
