Our client, a Vancouver based medical equipment manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a SAP Business One Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.Duties & Responsibilities:• Maintain and develop Business One for users in Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Marketing and Finance• Provide advice, and knowledge to key users• Prepare customized queries and ad-hoc reports• Liaise with third level support provider for CRM and Marketing Automation Tools• Integrate Business One with Marketing Automation system to distribute and track leads• Other duties as requiredSkill & Experience Requirements:• 4 years' functional experience with Business One with knowledge of SQL database programming• Experience interfacing SAP Business One with third party CRM and/or Marketing Automation tools• Experience programming reports in SAP Business One including specialized queries and Crystal Reports• Must be customer service oriented with the ability to manage and solve problems in a positive way• Manage relationships inside and outside of the company• Good understanding of MS Office applications• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to multi-task, adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines• Ability to be thorough, attention to detail, organized, flexible and a quick learnerEducation Requirements:• Post-secondary degree in programming and business or other relevant discipline.
