The access specialist will also execute Identity and Access Management projects related to managing Privileged IDs. In addition, they will provide consulting, data analysis, business process reviews and revisions, communications and execute ID management activities related to Privileged IDs.Job Summary The specialist will develop and identity and Access management solutions for the organization and manage day to day activities surrounding user access including the user add/change/delete processes, managing user passwords, managing security parameters, and assisting with access certifications. The specialist will work closely with the information security team on related special projects. Job Responsibilities A· Develop and Identity and Access management solution for the organizationA· Day-to-day management of user access including the user add/change/delete processes, managing user passwords, managing security parameters, and assisting with periodic access certifications. A· Troubleshoot security system access issues. Answer general inquiries regarding information security practices or security access. A· Develop and implement ideas and/or suggestions for current process improvementA· Help update existing departmental documentation and create documentation for new processesA· Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Information Security, for both internal and external audits.A· Perform audit support tasks as assigned. Perform required activities to resolve open audit issues.A· Interface with Information security supervisor to identify potential access control risk issues. Follow process and procedures to ensure compliance with policy. Report all suspicious activity or non-compliant access rights to management and information security supervisor.A· Provide Off-Hours support, as needed, to resolve system access problems during non-business hours or backlogsA· Perform ad-hoc reporting in support of various initiatives. Maintain individual records for departmental metric reporting. Compile metric reporting data as necessary. A· Recommend procedural changes to enhance the functionality of the Identity Access administration functionA· Other duties include but are not limited to participating in network, security & hardware engineering and monitoring efforts and special projects as assigned. Qualifications A· 2+ years of hands-on experience developing complex multi level approval workflows for user and password lifecycle management.A· Good understanding Privileged Identities, Identity Management and related processes. A· Knowledge of authentication protocols on various technologies including Active Directory and UNIX / LINUX.A· Knowledge of and ability to utilize use cases to analyze, define and document business requirements and application scenarios. A· Experience working with an issue ticketing systemA· Knowledge of activities, tasks, practices and deliverables associated with eliciting and clearly defining and documenting required business functionality as well as information requirements. A· Strong attention to detail and discipline to ensure assignments are complete and service levels achieved. A· Review and maintain process/procedural documentation.A· Provide Project Management on departmental initiatives as neededA· Experience and knowledge in producing a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation.
