Your role will be to act as a link between our clients, who have a business process to be automated, and our technical team who create our solutions. Working directly with client teams of senior process managers and business users, you will develop software specifications that tailor our software solutions to their unique business needs. In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the solution implementation including planning, budgeting, verification and presentation. Customer satisfaction is our primary success metric. You are that rare individual who possesses a unique combination of business experience and technical knowledge allowing you to synthesize, optimize and translate complex business processes into clear and concise technical specifications. You are a 'people' person who is motivated by finding solutions and creating consensus within diverse teams. You also appreciate an environment where your contribution is directly linked to success. Since this position will require significant interaction with end-users, excellent interpersonal skills and a superior command of the English language are essential. The ability to communicate concisely in both verbal and written forms is expected. You will also be able to demonstrate experience and success in a similar private sector role. The successful candidate will be joining our Project Team as a permanent member in Ottawa. Our clients are located in major centers across North America and Europe and it is expected that travel - primarily for on-site meetings - will be required up to 30% of the time.
