Our client is currently seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to develop and execute creative and impactful campaigns. He/she will handle the creation of advertising, signage and peripheral materials and will be responsible for the development of original creative concepts to meet the given project's overall objectives and to support the company's existing creative and technical guidelines. The Senior Graphic Designer will keep up-to-date and informed of emerging interactive techniques, ensuring the company's in-store advertising presence meets the highest design, quality and content standards. He/she will assist in maintaining a positive, open and honest development culture and will manage assigned projects from start-to-finish while working with Studio Director, Associate Creative Director, external departments, production managers, designers and printers.Requirements & Qualifications:Our client is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a degree or diploma in design or design-related field supported by 7 or more years experience in an agency or in-house creative shop. The candidate will have a thorough understanding and ability in graphic design, page layout and typography and will have expert knowledge in graphics manipulation using the following software: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Quark Express. As a Senior Graphic Designer, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards and best advertising practices for design and development along with a strong project management skill. He/she will have knowledge in software development lifecycle, defect resolution, unit testing methodologies and practices and will have an understanding of system development life cycle and project management processes. The candidate will have strong conceptual skills. The Senior Graphic Designer will be dynamic, driven and highly team-oriented, with an ability to handle and learn from constructive criticism. He/she will have experience supporting national brands complemented with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The ability to meet tight deadlines is essential.
