We're currently looking for the right individual to take the lead role with our client's service delivery team. Experience with digital marketing campaigns including the development of microsites, email platform marketing and social media development is a huge asset. Accountabilities: • To provide technical leadership and implementation for our various web development projects. • Responsible for leading the development team through the execution of architected solutions in a client facing environment • Responsible for creating clean, efficient code • To create solid documentation and follow best practices and standards as well as lead the team in the adoption of the same. • Implementation of various in-house tools for engagement marketing. • Integrate marketing systems with external client facing systems where necessary. Qualifications: • Experience with: C#, ASP.Net, Web Services, WCF Services, HTML (including cross browser compatibility) JavaScript, Photoshop, Flash • Ability to work with APIs • At least 6 years of work experience designing, developing, and supporting progressively more complex web based development • Marketing Agency experience plus • Strong interest and / or experience in developing systems for marketing and PR campaigns • Team leadership experience with strong planning, monitoring and inter-personal skills • Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate with internal team and all business stakeholders • Assertive and enthusiastic personality • Quickly learns and adapts to new technologies • Lifelong learner, eager to mentor others as well focus on self-development • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, please send your resume, cover letter and salary expectations to kaila@career-cast.com.
