Microserve's client requires two Senior Programmer Analysts to join its team in North Vancouver, to assist the client in construction and implementation of a large scale Enterprise Identity and Access Management solution.Responsibilities:The Senior Programmer Analyst is:• Responsible for successful implementation of the Oracle's 11g Identity Management products (OIM, OIA, OVD, & OAM) integrated with our client's systems (i.e. SAP, RACF, AD, etc.)• Responsible for the delivery of technical design artifacts for the Oracle 11g Identity Management solution based on the set of use cases and test cases provided by the project• Responsible for the construction and unit testing of the Oracle 11g Identity Management solution components based on the approved design artifacts.• Responsible for design and implementation of custom extensions for the OIM 11g product to achieve integration with the client's systems• Responsible for design and implementation of integration between OIM 11g and OIA 11g products• Responsible for configuring OAM and OVD to achieve web single sign-on• Responsible for ensuring the performance and availability of the Oracle 11g Identity Management solution is in-line with industry standards or other organizations of a similar size• Responsible for supporting the integration testing, implementation and rollout of the client's Enterprise Identity Management solution• Responsible for knowledge transfer and cross-training of the client's technical staff on the Oracle 11g Identity Management products• Required to work closely with the Design Lead, the client's Tech Lead and construction team• Required to complete status reporting and attend meetings as outlined by the IS Project Lead and Project ManagerDeliverables:• OIM/OAM/OVD/OIA Design artifacts• OIM/OAM/OVD/OIA Build artifacts• OIM custom extensions source code• OIM custom adapters, workflows & policiesRequirements:• Proven design and construction experience using Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 11g with knowledge and experience of implementing Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA) 11g, Oracle• Access Manager (OAM) 11g and Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD)• Hands-on experience with design and development of custom provisioning and approval workflows in OIM 11g• Hands-on experience of working with the OIM API and development of custom connectors• Proven design and development experience using J2EE standard technologies and using development tools like JDeveloper• Hands-on experience with implementing integration with managed resources like SAP, AD/Exchange, RACF, LDAP and custom applications (using J2EE / SOAP APIs)• Experience in processes involved in Software Development Life cycle (SDLC)• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills• Strong time management and organizational skills• Self-starter and able to work independently and in a team environment• Strong problem solving skills• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
