Position OverviewMicroserve's client requires a Senior Server Analyst to join its team in Vancouver.DeliverablesDeliver technical artifacts including:• Design artifacts (i.e. detail technical design specs, solution design, code review, etc.)• Design handoffs (i.e. approval process for technical acceptance)• Build books (i.e. technical manuals)• Planning artifacts (i.e. technical assessments)• Implementation and Release plansRequirementsPosition Specific Skills or Qualifications Required:• 8 - 10 years of technical experience leading technical teams at an Enterprise level, both MiddlewareInfrastructure and Java Application development teams (Weblogic, Websphere, SOA, BPEL, etc.)• 8 - 10 years of technical experience delivering Enterprise projects in a technical role with directories such as Microsoft Active Directory, Sun Directory Server, SAP and RACF.• 5 - 7 years of technical experience leading the technical planning and delivery of enterprise level Identity Management projects• 5 years of technical experience leading Enterprise projects using Oracle's Identity Management suite.• Proven experience delivering detailed technical design artifacts• Proven experience delivering with methodologies such as Rational Unified Process and Agile.• Proven experience providing technical mentoring technical staff in Identity and Access management• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills• Strong time management and organizational skills• Self starter and able to work independently and in a team environment• Strong problem solving skills• Ability to multi-task in fast paced environmentContact UsIf you would like to discuss this opportunity or have any questions to ask, our IT Staffing Specialists would be happy to speak with you.
