Responsibilities• Install, maintain, and resolve issues with IBM and ISV Mainframe software.• Provide full IMS Systems programming support including support and assistance to PL/1 - IMS/DB2 development programmers.• Assist with Capacity planning and resolution of performance issues relating to the Mainframe environment.Deliverables• Contractor will provide day-to-day operational support for the Mainframe environment.Requirements• B.Sc. (Major-Computer Science).• Mainframe Systems Programming experience of 10+ years.• Experience with IBM z-series software and hardware.• Working knowledge and experience with SMPE, z/OS, JES2, PL/1, IMS, IMS Connect, IMF, DB2, DFSMS, TSO, ISPF, RACF, TCP/IP, VTAM, Mainframe printing (Infoprint), USS, SAS.• Independent, self-starter.
