Qualifications• Degree or diploma in Business or Commerce with a strong IT component or a degree in Computer Science.• Formal training in SharePoint 2007 or higher.• Formal training in Microsoft Office 2003 or higher.• Formal training in the use of SharePoint Designer.• Formal training in Windows Server Operating System.• Formal training in Microsoft SQL Server.• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Automation and macro building.• Exceptional communication skills.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.• Excellent presentation skills for classroom presentations on Microsoft Products.Responsibilities• Provides administration of the Corporate SharePoint Site for all users.• Provides administration of the Microsoft SQL database as it pertains to SharePoint.• Creates and maintains automation used on the SharePoint site.• Creates and maintains workflow used on the SharePoint site.• Creates and maintains corporate content.• Works with business to understand issues, propose and develop solutions to resolve business issues.• Provides training and education on the use of SharePoint to end users.• Provides technical support to end users.• Prepares and maintains all documentation including educational materials, process documentation, work instructions and configuration records.• Creates and maintains all electronic templates that are used.
