You will be the expert on all matters regarding inspection, verification and validation including testing. You will be involved in all aspects of our development projects from developing the initial verification strategies, ensuring that we build testable products, advising developers on appropriate testing methods and approaches and maybe running or facilitating independent testing. You may work with clients to advise them on User Acceptance Testing practices; you will certainly enjoy interacting with a wide range of people, both internally and client facing.You will work across many projects simultaneously. You will have a deep understanding of day-to-day techniques for automating, generating test cases and harnesses, and constantly helping the developers to become proficient in building quality into their work and using automated testing to prove it.Verification is much more than testing, and so you will have a solid understanding of the necessary ingredients of a mature quality culture. You will organize and lead walkthroughs and reviews; you will expose problems with our standards and practices and identify opportunities for improvement. Subsequently, you will be instrumental in implementing the better ways of working.
