The technology being utilized at this time is a combination of Linux + UNIX with a push towards having a large percentage of the infrastructure within Cloud Computing Technology. The Network Infrastructure will house/support the performance of remote access points across the country and therefore will need to be architected and administered with the highest efficiency levels in mind. Skills Required•Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline from an accredited educational institution.•Minimum five years of relevant experience.•Solid understanding of Linux/UNIX infrastructure•Experience with hypervisors, specifically XEN is a must•Ability to dig deep into Apache/Glassfish and write scripts/commands is a must•Experience with Juniper router and switch technology is a must•Effective verbal and written communications, with an ability to effectively convey information, concepts and ideas to others.•Ability to work effectively inside a multidisciplinary team environment.•Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work activities to completion, while meeting or exceeding deadlines.•Ability to effectively navigate dynamic requirements and priorities.•Strong organization skills, dependability, pro-active, self-motivated and goal-oriented, with attention to detail.Assets•Experience with Open Stack Cloud computing technology•Experience with K Virtual Machine (KVM)
