The company is headquartered in Downtown, Vancouver, Canada, with sales and client services offices in Toronto and London, UK.They are seeking a Systems Manager to grow their dynamic team and be a key player on ReponseTek's Tech Team as they undertake a major expansion in capabilities. They are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who craves to be constantly challenged, has a passion for IT and works well in a team-based environment. The right candidate would generally be a night owl as well!Responsibilities:• Support the deployment of our data center• Specify, deploy, configure new hardware• Support Systems Manager Lead• Monitor System Performance• Support/Create development and test environments (IIS, SQL Server)• Manage internal infrastructure• Provide helpdesk to internal staff• Develop tools to support all aspects of infrastructure• Test and implement new service packs/hot-fixes/patches• Deploys builds to production environmentQualifications: • 5-7 Years with Windows Servers environments including 64-bit• Self-starter and comfortable working with a wide range of tools and technologies• Excellent communication skills• Ability to diagnose system issues while maintaining continuous service• Knowledge of new business technologies and a desire to drive improvement (Virtualization, VOIP)• Ability to automate common tasks• An understanding of CDN and Load balancing technologies would be an advantage
