Company sponsored monthly events such as barbecues, volley-ball and badminton tournaments as well as yoga, running teams and health and wellness sponsorship!We are looking for a Senior (Tier II) Technical Support Engineer - a seasoned professional that can set the bar for our rapidly expanding client in terms of customer service excellence and consistency for their global needs.Responsibilities • Responsible for providing escalated telephone technical support to existing Large Enterprise Clientele (Global Support - North America and UK)• Diagnosing and trouble-shooting technical issues• 5-7 Years of Experience with a Troubleshooting Ticketing SystemRequirements • Excellent customer service skills, to include patience, empathy and a knack for understanding customer needs • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential • The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues • Good working knowledge of operating systems (particularly Windows XP and Windows 7) • Good working knowledge of SAAS, Web Applications• Industry-recognized computer certificate, diploma or degree preferred
