Our client is a growing Telecom service provider, looking to add an experienced Telecom Billing Customer Service Representative to its established team.The ideal candidate will possess the experience, knowledge, and technical skills to effectively service key corporate clientsand manage all provisioning issues in order to improve customer satisfaction levels and standards. This position requires the individual to be adept at telecom operating procedures, provisioning, as well as test & turn-up process and billing procedures. Additionally the candidate should be bilingual, have a good knowledge of Office applications, and have at least three years of experience within a back office environment.
