Position OverviewMicroserve's client requires a Telecom Support Analyst to join its team in North Vancouver.ResponsibilitiesKey Job Accountabilities:1. To provide administrative and technical assistance on the Voice Over IP (VoIP) project implementation.2. To provide day-to-day operational support and services.Deliverables• Provides VoIP post-implementation technical support.• Tests Cisco phones.• Provides first-contact customer service and responds to inquiries related to telephone systems.• Troubleshoots and resolves problems related to telephone systems.• Programs telephone system related to moves, adds, and changes• Updates voice inventory.Requirements• Knowledge of Cisco Call Management Administration and Cisco Unity Voicemail Administration.• Knowledge of Meridian telephone systems (Option 11, 60 and 81), Norstar key systems as well as Call Pilot for both telephone systems.• Experience with Voice over IP corporate deployments.• Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.• Possess strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)• Works effectively in a team environment.• Demonstrated ability to work against tight project deadlines.
