In addition to new development initiatives, they are also in the process of overhauling and rebuilding their entire website design. The OpportunityThis is a great opportunity for a creative User Interface (UI) Graphics developer looking to join an innovative and fast paced team. The focus of this role involves overall coding and design of web content (structure, cashing methods, and front-end functionality) while maintaining bandwidth efficiency and stability as well as cross-platform support. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing integration of graphics with back-end functionality and providing technical support to the Sales and Web Traffics team on an as-need basis. Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with software development practices and techniques in a fast-paced commercial or consumer-oriented software development environment. The right candidate will have an ambition to contribute to new development projects on an on-going basis and will feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where emphasis is placed on meeting deadlines. Since you will be working in a collaborative environment, a proven ability to work well within a team is essential. As well, strong communication, organization, and documentation skills are necessary, as is the ability to quickly analyze and solve complex problems. Finally, since you will be focusing on client-side development, the right candidate will be strongly customer-service oriented and will have a strong ability to understand products from a user and business perspective.
